Keiji TAKEDA
Keiji Takeda is a high school student who is a member of the Disciplinary Committee. He is a serious and responsible person who takes his duties very seriously. He is also a bit of a loner, and doesn't have many friends.
One day, Keiji is investigating a series of strange murders that have been taking place in his city. He soon comes to realize that the murders are the work of a mysterious serial killer known as Boogiepop. Keiji is determined to stop Boogiepop, and he soon finds himself in a dangerous game of cat and mouse.
Keiji is a brave and resourceful young man, and he is determined to stop Boogiepop no matter what the cost. He is a complex and well-developed character, and he is one of the most interesting characters in the Boogiepop and Others anime.
